I need similar mail features that Hubspot currently has. Sending is already possible, but it's quite limited. Interesting would be Mail Signatures Mail Templates I can save, update and re-useI can't write contacts mails if there was no conversation in the past, although they are in the CRMGeneral the UI for mails could be further improved

Unified inbox to manage original conversations on email (Gmail/Outlook) and other communication touchpoints we are planning to add in the future. ----- Original Request ----- Team, we need a basic email inbox (similar to INBOX in hubspot) that you can do basic operations from Klipy inetrface. Problem is that unable to see the open emails in the mailbox while i can see recent interactions, but we have more than 100 clients and going through interactions is lots of steps. Even a basic inbox view with ability to go through open emails will be a great help where u can do basic things like setup follow up or deals. Even if it does not load attachment its fine (infact that will help as it will reduce data confidentiality concerns etc.)

It will be good to have multiple workspaces under the same account. I have 2-3 different companies and I want to centralize the CRM.

Klipy will perform basic pre-meeting research based on: Company details based on web search if meeting participant has corporate email address (company domain). Recent interactions with the meeting participantsOngoing deals (whether deal exists, which stage it is at) And compile this into an email sent to you based on schedule you specify (e.g. 2 hours before meeting)

Save related pictures and documents under each contact records.

Prompt by Kilpy to associate the notes/transcript/audio of a meeting with a deal. Ability to automatically associate as well.

There could be a features to categorize automatically the followups by user pre-defined types (simple AI or default/suggested categories when crating the suggested followup). Add a view of followups per followup category >> This really helps with task management and topic planning.

It looks like people taking meetings and responding 'accepted' to meeting invites (sent out of Klipy) are not created. 1/ Is it possible to create contacts from contacts that are sending response to a meeting invite 2/ Also activate create contacts for when I am in cc. of a message or when I put someone in cc. of a message ?
